1. Personal Information:
For purposes of providing our users with a complete user experience, information about our services, important information on updates to the platform and advertising from our partners, allies or clients, we request the following personal data:
For means of identification and authentication:
   • First and last names
   • Email
      • Password for the platform
      • In order to verify the user's age, we request the date of birth.
      • In order to present from the beginning a customized platform, we request the gender of the users.

2. Financial information and sensitive data:
In KNYOU we do not request sensitive data from our users.

Below are listed the purposes that we processes personal data:
   • Registration and user authentication

   • Platform proprietary services
   • Contact between our users, businesses, places and public figures that use our platform and exclusively through this platform.
   • Dissociation of user information related to user habits, for marketing purposes

Your request for ARCO rights must contain:
   •Full Name
  •Printed copy or digital copy of official identification to prove your identity. (Drivers license, Office ID, Passport, National ID, or ay other of form of ID provided by a government entity.)
   •Representation: In case of acting on behalf of a minor, you must present a birth certificate or official document where legal custody or guardianship is proved; if acting on behalf of another adult, you must attach the power of attorney where your authority to act on their behalf is credited.
   •Brief description of what you request, whether access to their data, rectification or cancellation thereof, opposition to treatment of information or withdrawal of consent.
   •To rectify your name, attach a copy of justification. This should be different from the official identification presented to prove identity.

The response time for any request is 20 business days.

The answer to your request will be sent through the same means by which it was received, ie, via email or post.

The department for inquiries of personal data for this purpose is the Legal Department.

6. Changes to the Privacy Notice:

Changes to this Privacy Notice may be accessed through our website: http://www.knyou.com/vistas/legals/showprivacy or through the mobile application in the section marked "Privacy Notice".

Additionally we will notify such changes via email, through the platform itself, or you can directly apply to email: privacy@knyou.com.
